1. Partner obligations
- Maintain accurate menus/catalogues, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare orders promptly and safely; follow food safety/product standards.
- Support substitution rules where allowed and communicate out-of-stocks.
2. Payouts & fees
Commissions, fees, and payout schedules are governed by your Partner agreement and dashboards.
3. Customer service
Partners may be asked to support issue resolution (missing items, incorrect items, replacements).
