These terms govern your use of HourGo websites, apps, and services (the “Service”).
1. About HourGo
HourGo provides a platform that helps customers discover and order items from local shops (“Partners”) and facilitates delivery via riders (“Riders”). Depending on your set-up, HourGo may act as: (a) an intermediary platform connecting customers with Partners and Riders; and/or (b) the merchant of record for certain orders. Your checkout experience may indicate the seller.
2. Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You’re responsible for all activity on your account unless prohibited by law.
3. Orders, substitutions & availability
- Items are subject to availability. If something is unavailable, Partners may substitute where allowed.
- Product images are illustrative; packaging and ingredients may vary. Check labels on delivery.
- Age-restricted items require age verification at delivery and may be refused if verification fails.
4. Prices, fees & payment
- Prices are set by Partners (unless stated otherwise) and may differ from in-store pricing.
- Fees (delivery, service, small order, etc.) and tips will be shown at checkout where applicable.
- Payment is taken using your selected method. Pre-authorisations may be used for substitutions.
5. Delivery, ETAs & risk
- ETAs are estimates, not guarantees, and may change due to traffic, weather, demand, or Partner prep time.
- Title and risk pass according to applicable law and the specific order flow (shown at checkout).
- You must provide a safe and accessible delivery location. Riders may refuse unsafe deliveries.
6. Cancellations, refunds & chargebacks
- Cancellation options may be limited once a Partner begins preparing an order.
- If there’s an issue (missing items, damaged goods), contact support promptly with details.
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions as permitted by law.
7. Promotions
Promotions may have additional terms (eligibility, expiry, limited quantities) and can be changed or ended at any time where lawful.
8. User content & conduct
- Do not misuse the Service, harass others, or attempt to access systems without authorisation.
- You grant HourGo a licence to use feedback you provide to improve the Service.
9. Liability & disclaimers
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the Service is provided “as is” and HourGo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes, termination & governing law
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations or fraud.
